Elisha is a visionary healthcare executive with over a decade of leadership experience in healthcare operations, business development, and strategic innovation. With a proven track record of building, scaling, and transforming healthcare businesses, he has successfully led multiple healthcare ventures, specializing in post-acute inpatient and outpatient care, regulatory compliance, and operational management.
As the founder and operator of one of California’s largest privately held CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility) networks, Elisha established and managed 12 facilities, ensuring top-tier patient care, regulatory excellence, and sustainable growth. He also co-founded Max Health, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in securing and executing large-scale contracts with the County of Los Angeles Public Health Department for COVID-19 testing, vaccination programs, and home healthcare services. Under his leadership, Max Health’s innovative approach to vaccine distribution outperformed regional benchmarks, providing critical care to thousands of individuals.
In addition to facility operations, Elisha has been instrumental in the development of healthcare technology solutions. As President of the Point-of-Care Services Division at DRAI Health / SOE.Care, he leads strategic initiatives to design and implement advanced EMR/EHR systems, placement management tools, and workflow automation solutions, ensuring healthcare providers can streamline operations and enhance patient outcomes.
