Our patent-pending DRAI app will be soon be available for use on a free subscription basis to anyone looking for an AI-based medical opinion. A paid subscription will also be available, incorporating storage and review of an individual’s medical records and an option to utilize our panel of board-certified medical specialists to review the AI opinion and/or provide telemedicine services.

In the meantime, we already have a patented online platform for providing medical second opinions from our world-class physicians through our subsidiary company, SecondOpinionExpert, Inc.

We are developing medical information systems which will incorporate DRAI, along with cutting edge diagnostic tools that can powerfully impact decision making and delivery of care. Current initiatives include:

• A proprietary EMR (Electronic Medical Record) platform for use in post-acute care facilities. Our subsidiary SecondOpinionExpert is already providing consulting and administrative services for Congregate Living Health Facilities (CLHFs), and is in the process of rolling out DRAI Health’s new “CLHF Care 360” EMR in these facilities.

• A proprietary mobile EMR platform for home health and chronic care providers. We are working with our affiliate, Intra Care, Inc., to provide cutting edge delivery of home health and hospice services.

• An innovative approach to incorporating Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) across the continuum of care. We are working with Kangaroo Health to integrate RPM into care facilities, home health and chronic care companies, and various forms of physician networks.

• Whole genome precision medicine through a strategic relationship with Genome International, Inc. Breakthrough technology allows for in-time use of Whole Genome Interpretation (rather than the current approaches that analyze only a fraction of the DNA), which will revolutionize diagnostics, pharmacogenetics, and genomics research.

• Game-changing early detection of cancer and other diseases utilizing a new, patented technology called Base Molecular Resonance. DRAI Health is working with BMRT (Base Molecular Resonance Technologies, Inc. to deploy the new device in the healthcare space for completely non-invasive, highly accurate, real-time diagnoses.

Applying all of the above to add efficiencies across the continuum of care that improve health outcomes while avoiding unnecessary costs.
