Dr. Steve Adams
Executive Vice President

Steve has a broad background as an executive, teacher and consultant, both in the US and abroad, having served in the educational, non-profit, and for-profit sectors. He began his career as a public school music teacher, then taught at the university level and had extensive experience consulting and conducting workshops across the US regarding applications of technology in education. As founder of ConsultantHelp Software, he wrote and then marketed custom software for independent sales consultants in a national direct sales business. He was the Executive VP of a growing international non-profit for 15 years, and then spent eight years leading the organization’s expansion into Latin America. He is the author of Sacred Intersections: Enjoying and Enhancing the Stories Around Us and founded a non-profit called Living FORward.

Steve’s breadth of experience in artistic, entrepreneurial, managerial, and social arenas gives him a unique perspective for finding and applying creative solutions to complex organizational and strategic problems.

He earned a BA in Music at Cal Poly Humboldt and holds a doctorate in Music Education with an emphasis in instructional technology from the University of Southern California.
